All sales are final. Orders that include the handcrafted wooden keepsake box will be shipped starting November 16, 2019. We will hold your ornament order to be shipped with the box so it all arrives at the same time! If you select the Free Pickup option and have a wooden box in your order your order will not be ready to pickup until Nov. 16 at the Visit Knoxville store. You can pickup on Nov. 16 or any day after Nov. 16 during Visit Knoxville business hours. If you did not have a wooden box in your order you can pickup anytime after placing your order during their business hours.
All Sales are final. We will review instances and accept exchanges ONLY for items damaged in transit from our business. If you make a mistake placing your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to fix your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 48 hours of receiving the ornament at email@example.com to alert us of the damage AND provide images of the damages. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If the damage claims are approved by our team you will receive instructions for the exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a proof of purchase from knoxsunfund.com. We do not accept exchanges from any physical retail stores.
We inspect each and every ornament with great detail before shipping. Any item with missing parts is not due to our error and therefore cannot be exchanged (e.g., missing gold ornament cap).
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
