We are happy to fix any errors made during the checkout process. Please email knoxsunfund@gmail.com with your request and we are happy to rectify the order for you. Please allow up to 10 hours for us to respond back to you.

If you placed your order and selected “FREE In-Store Pickup” your order will be held at Visit Knoxville located at 301 S Gay St, Knoxville, TN 37902. See store hours below

Please bring your order confirmation and ID to the cash register at Visit Knoxville and they will get your order for you!

Regular Visit Knoxville Store Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30AM–5PM
Saturday: 9AM–5PM 
Sunday: 12-4pm

Our team works super hard to make sure your ornaments are packed away safe and sound; however, sometimes accidents happen.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 48 hours of receiving the ornament at knoxsunfund@gmail.com to alert us of the damage AND provide images of the damages. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.  If the damage claims are approved by our team you will receive  instructions for the exchange.

*All orders that include the handcrafted wooden keepsake box will be shipped starting November 16, 2019. We will hold your ornament order to be shipped with the box so it all arrives at the same time!

If your order does not include a wooden keepsake box your order will leave our facility within 2 business days. From that point it can take up to 5-7 days with the US Postal Service. 

Expedited services will be quicker, of course!
